What areas do you service? +

We service Boston and the surrounding areas. Not sure if we cover your location? Reach out and we'll let you know!

How many coordinators will be on-site on my wedding day? +

You will always have two We Do Crew coordinators on-site for your wedding day — a lead coordinator and an assistant. This means someone is always with you and someone is always managing logistics, so nothing slips through the cracks.

When do you start working with us before the wedding? +

While most coordinators check in 4-6 weeks before your wedding, we start 8 weeks out — giving us more time to get everything right. We connect with you at 8 weeks, 4 weeks, and 1 week before your wedding to review details, confirm vendors, and finalize your timeline so nothing is left to chance.

Do you coordinate the rehearsal? +

Yes — rehearsal coordination is included in our package. We will guide your wedding party through the ceremony so that when the big day arrives, everyone knows exactly what to do and where to be.

My venue has a coordinator — do I still need you? +

Yes — and this is one of the most common misconceptions we come across. A venue coordinator works for the venue, not for you. Their job is to manage the venue's staff and space. They are not there to coordinate your vendors, manage your wedding party, execute your personal timeline, or be by your side all day. That's exactly what we do.

Do you handle vendor payments on the day? +

Yes. Rather than having you track down vendors with envelopes on your wedding day, we handle the distribution of any final payments and gratuities on your behalf so you can stay focused on celebrating.

How do we book you? +

Once we connect on a discovery call and confirm we are the right fit, we will send over a contract for your review. To officially secure your date, we require a signed contract and a 50% nonrefundable deposit. The remaining balance is due 2 weeks before your wedding day.

What if something happens and my coordinator can't make it? +

We always have a backup plan. In the unlikely event that something prevents your lead coordinator from being there, we have a qualified backup coordinator ready to step in — fully briefed on your wedding details — so your day is never left without expert support.

How is We Do Crew different from other coordinators? +

We don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. We take the time to understand your specific vision, priorities, and needs — and then we build a plan around your day, not a template. Every couple is different, and your coordination should reflect that. We are here to make sure your day looks and feels exactly the way you imagined it.
